25.01.2022 Real talk : This is something you don’t get prepared for when you’re doing your training to become a Health and Fitness coach. The relationship and bonds you form with you’re clients after spending so much time together. I think any PT will agree with me that this relationship dynamic is possibly one of the most rewarding/difficult/strange relationships one could have ( the rewarding obviously out ways the difficult and strange )... What they don’t prepare us for is how to manage the difficulty of loosing clients who have become dear and close to you. And to be honest I still haven’t figured it out So I just wanted to say, I fucking LOVE YOU ALL, each and every one of you, even if you think you are not one of them, you have all played such a huge role in my life and heart and I’m definitely a better person for having had you in my life, you helped make my business what it is today and you helped me become the man I am too, for that there will always be a place for you in my heart and team of spiritual shred gangsters, forever! You all deserve a ducking Nobel prize for putting up with my crazy bull shit, some ALOT more than others, you know who you are. Ive shared secrets with some of you I can’t even tell my best friends and I consider my self a very lucky man to of had the best job in the world getting to meet all of you, my door is always open team. Whats the point of training so hard, working so hard, sacrificing, compromising, budgeting, starving when you never actually get to properly sit back and witness and enjoy the fruits of your effort.... Its been a hard fucking life for us all though, hasnt it team.... One of my favourite quotes is Youre gonna be happy, said life. But first Im gonna make you strong We all have our struggles and demons team, we all deal with ( or not deal with them ) them in our own different ways. 21.01.2022 I remember hearing this heaps growing up tell me about you self , what are youre interests and hobbies or what makes up you as a person? and not knowing wtf to say. Question seems simple enough though doesnt it ? well it stumped me, I had no reply weirdly enough. . Which brings me to todays #rantbyjax ... I feel like a lot of people have had some sort of identity crisis over the past few months and I think thats largely due to this, we were deprived of what we thought was ours, what made up us, our day, our self... what gym we trained at, the jobs we went to, places we ate at, people we saw, the family we could reach, beaches, the travel, the THINGS we did, an so on. And a lot of us couldnt handle it, a lot of us broke experience a once in 100 year literal reality check. I think this is to some degree because we identified on an egoic level with all these things that we USED to do in our pre covid lives What we do for work, where we socialise at, how we socialise, where we train, what we look like, how much money you do or dont make, or followers u did or didnt buy arnt WHO we are. But thats not who YOU are!? Its just sad that I think a lot of us, if asked the same questions I mentioned before, Would reply listing these things as who we are and what our hobbies and interest were. career, house, social media, money, their dog etc etc My suggestion ? Get back into doing whatever it was that you used to love doing before the things that happened that fucked your shine! Things that make you happy, its things like these that make up who YOU are Not a bunch of memories that remind you of all the shit things that went wrong that made you the version of your self you want gone. Ready for a mind blow? Ask your self, who you are, if you had no job to go to, had no need for money, had no phone to plan a sesh or scroll apps with, no social media at all etc etc How would you describe who YOU where? And does that description in your head match the one of the version of you that does have all extra crap? EXHALE the old, INHALE the new #deepbyjax

ONE. ELSE. Loser’s think the best way to get the top is to knock down the winners. ( good luck ) ... Losers gossip, a lot of the time about winners, about how they could do it better, or how the winners are doing something wrong. Yet the losers don’t do anything. Losers complain life isn’t fair and then blame the things wrong with their life on others ( usually winners ) and more often then not, end up reaching out again to the winners for advice. 19.01.2022 If you dont like to read, then try listening to audible! Even if its just as you drive to or from work, in the bath, while you go for a walk. Listen to what? Well what are you interested in? You dont have to write much, you dont have to start with dear diary and it doesnt matter what you write - At the end of your work day, just spend 10 minutes writing down the things you accomplished or didnt get to finish and how it made you feel because of it. It gets easie...r. Wanna know the most addictive and life satisfying drug in the world? E N D O R P H I N S - these makes u feel amazing and thats all this is about isnt it? plant small investment seeds now, watch them sprout and grow in to huge tree trunks by the time u retire. Its actually easier and cheaper then you think - Start with reading or listening to the bare foot investor of I can do it, you can too. Spend your money on things that make the rest of your life easier and better. Not things like nights out that lead to hangovers, regrets, loss of fitness goals, no money, and work sacrifice. Youre routine can start on with wake up by, making your bed EVERY single day before u leave and be as simple as sticking to an exact bed tome each night, then add exact training and exercise times each day that u MUST stick to even if its walking / yoga / swimming / anything active, the rest will fall into place around these. Stop ignoring and postponing calls, texts and social plans! Connection and happiness are the ONLY things that matter, if u dont connect now youll have to pay a someone to communicate and connect with in the near future ( therapy ) Last night I heard about something called ascension sickness, I looked it up, read a blog on it for 10 minutes and learnt something fucking cool. Theres no rules to what you should learn - whatever interests you! lol duh. But what is healthy? ( try just eating till your 80% full) unless your already following and sticking to a diet plan that is. Today Im grateful for the lessons I learn each day that make me a stronger more in control person, Im also grateful for mum making me 15 home made

Its fear that keeps most people working at jobs they hate, in lives they wish they could change, stuck in their own comfort zone. ... Fear of not paying bills, fear of missing the next festival, fear of being fired, fear of not having enough and having to start all.. over.. again. But thats the price you pay for studying to learn a profession or trade, working for money and trying SOOO hard to fit in to the rat race we call post covid life. Most people become a slave to thier money and social media accounts, then get angry or upset at their boss, idols and friends for not reaching expectations, when it is our selves we need to have a long ass talk too. Heres an alternative. Get angry. Be pissed off, but dont do just nothing about it this time. Anger combined with love = passion, and passion is one of the keys to a happy successful life. Find anything to be passionate about and if you dont know what you are passionate about, Look up your internet search history and start there. No one is going to come along and help you, but you can have anything you want if you are willing to work your ass for it spiritually, mentally and physically, and if your not... you honestly dont deserve it anyway. 09.01.2022 A few basic tips or tricks to make dealing with depression, anxiety and stress that little bit easier. Let go of worry, it will work out. Stop blaming others for how they make you feel. Take ownership.... Breath more deep, slow long breaths. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Try Wim Hoffs technique on YouTube. Laugh out loud as often as you can and pay attention to those who make you happy, smile and feel good about your self. Never hold in tears. Its not weak to cry and there better out than in. Start by drinking NOTHING but water and SWEATING as much as you can the pick a sport / activity you love and do it daily! - ( surf / swim / netball / football / walk / run / boxing ) Get a side hustle. Anything, sell buttons if you have to but creat a platform ( Instagram is fine ) and start plugging its value to your followers.... The best starting points I can give you are these. 1) meditate EVERY day ( in the bath / at the beach / in bed / anywhere ) 2) tell your self every morning when you wake up 3 awesome things about the day ahead of you ( require your brain ) 3) Use your phone a lot less and your mind a lot more.
