24.01.2022 NEW YEAR What a time! We are locked, loaded and ready to fire heading into this year. Our goal and vision has always been to create a second home for our members, to make everyone feel loved, valued connected and have the environment to thrive to be their best selves. More of the same coming this year. There’s not a day that goes by where I’m not trying to make this place better or thinking of a way to make our systems stronger. ... I don’t always get it right, I’m a coach first, business owner second which has made BBR what it is today. But, the thing that gets me out of bed every morning, 7 days a week is helping people. Sounds very cliche but the drive and motivation to help people achieve their physique goals is still what drives me each and every day. And I love that. 18.01.2022 RIG ALERT Our main hype man @freddyhollow showing his gains off after working extremely hard through an 8 week challenge block. Consistency, hard work, repeat, repeat, repeat. ... Anyone who has trained with this guy has also become better by simply being around him. His high vibes, his encouragement, his love and commitment to others is second to none. When I’m coaching it’s like having a third trainer on the floor who helps bring the energy and intensity into our classes. I’ve never seen another member take so much time out of their session to give fist bumps and encourage others. It takes a special person to do this consistently so THANK YOU! Not to mention all the time you take out of your day to message other clients and all the group chats you’ve become a part of. 04.01.2022 TRANSFORMATION TIME Ft @andrewthomas Andrew set out to gain some muscle and get leaner in the last 8 week challenge block. To achieve gaining lean muscle and burning fat during a 8 week block is extremely hard. Even from a coaching perspective to make sure we have his calories exactly where they need to be sometimes can take 2 weeks or more and can be a bit of a teething process, luckily, Andrew is discipline and accountable to both training and nutrition therefore making... it easier to get his programming correct. His weight over the 8 week training block went up by under half a kilo. When we took his after photos I was really happy as we could clearly see some new muscle and his abs have arrived just in time for Summer. Well done big guy, very impressed and love the fact we’ve just updated your programming again to continue to get leaner. Liz was in good shape when she started but she took her training and nutrition to the next level and became one of the most ripped members at BBR. Not only is she an extremely hard worker but she also brings an extremely high vibe into each class and a cheeky smile.
