24.01.2022 Hi Everyone, As we all know the weather has been on an all time high with its heat. Here are some tips to keep cool and safe - stay inside where there is access to fans and aircon.... -drink plenty of water 2-3 litres. - wear appropriate clothing ie/ hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and clothes that are sun appropriate. - try and exercise early in the morning or late at night when the weather is lower in temperature. Hopefully some of this will help you. Most of it is commonsense, but sometimes we forget the little things that make the difference. Stay cool People
