16.01.2022 I really wanted to share today some of the things that using Body Consciousness has helped me with. The biggest and most amazing creation so far is the beautiful soul growing inside me. My husband and I had been trying for babies for a number of years and we got pregnant in July this year, the very next month after completing my BC intensive training course. A lot came up in the course around getting pregnant and I know BC was a massive part of us realising this amazing dream of becoming parents. I've released going through this journey I would LOVE to contribute to others using BC, through conscious conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond. So watch this space as this unfolds.
