21.01.2022 400 Congratulations Michaela Codling on reaching 400 Evolving Points. The isolation hasn’t hindered or halted Michaela’s exercise regime. Each workout is recorded on her phone and she sends the data to me which includes the time and calorie burn. Michaela loves a challenge, never complains and is a delight to train. Well done Michaela.

06.01.2022 Our focus for July Every month at Body Evolution PT, we have a different focus, changing up our lesson plans and exercises for our members. Not only does this provide plenty of variety, it enables us to constantly stimulate and target different muscle groups too!... Endurance and Resistance Bands are where we’re at! Endurance: Also known as aerobic exercise, it strengthens your heart and helps it to more effectively pump blood throughout your body & helps to lower your blood pressure. It also keeps your arteries clear by raising ‘good’ high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, and lowering ‘bad’ low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in the blood. Resistance Bands: Using these bands in a workout provides you with lots of variety! You can easily adjust your grip on a resistance band to either increase or decrease the tension of the exercise. By performing slow repetitions, the band provides resistance as the muscle lengthens & shortens during the entire range of movement. Bands are also a fantastic piece of equipment for rehabilitation exercises. If you’d like to find out more about what we do here at Body Evolution PT, send us a message! We’d love to hear from you. Alternatively, give Vin a call on 0417 433 009 to have a chat about where you’re at and how he can help you. Chat to you soon!
