21.01.2022 Today our teens are looking at positive mindsets and kicking negative thinking to the curb!!!

16.01.2022 Our Sunflowers looked at setting goals in different parts of their lives : in their personal habits, relationships, at school, in the activities they do and what new things they can learn. They worked in groups and then alone to set some small goals and then a big one. Then they explored their dreams and the things they want to have, see, do and be!

14.01.2022 Enrolments OPEN tomorrow for my school holiday workshop! 8 - 11 year old girls / 9 - 3pm / $95 / Merewether / Tuesday April 13th Topics include: Your identity, having boundaries, positive friendships, dealing with friendship challenges, gratitude, your values and strengths, positive mindsets and mindfulness.

13.01.2022 Enrolments are OPEN for our women's writing circle for next term. If you need time to think , write and talk about YOU and connect with other women, then this space is for you! Please note sessions will be TWO hours this time around and if you wish to re-enrol , don't worry the writing activities will be different to what we did in term one. (YEY! So you can come back!) It is pay what you want or can for the 8 weeks - (Upfront if you can.)... You do not have to be a writer - this is about reflecting on our lives and the untold stories that we hold!
