These delicious energy filled muesli bars are a winner for lunch boxes. 1 cup of rolled oats 1 cup desiccated coconut 1/2 cup sunflower seeds... 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1 tbs chia seeds 1 tsp cinnamon 125g butter 1/2 cup rice malt syrup or honey or maple Optional (1/2 cup or dried fruit or cacao nibs) Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt butter, sweetener and cinnamon until combined add to dry mix. Press into a slice tin lined with baking paper and put in the freezer for 10 mins. Remove from tin and cut into bars. 08.01.2022 Why are we in the health and fitness industry? @mrholisticbody and @mrsholisticbody have both had their own journeys which has led them to helping people today. @mrsholisticbody - I was quiet overweight as a teenager at my heaviest 90kg when I was 17. I didnt like myself, I spoke horribly to myself and created a path of mental destruction. Early twenties I drank till I passed out but thought I was still healthy because I was active. 2014 I fell in love with crossfit and stu...died natural health and since have transformed not just my body but my mind and most of learnt to love every aspect of myself. This for me is why I love my job and am so passionate about helping people create healthier lives. @mrholisticbody - I got into the health & fitness industry through being a broken man physically. After many many years of training the wrong way (red line every session) my body broke down but through smart training I rehabilitated myself to come back stronger and better than I was. I want to help people move better who might think they are broken, to help someone achieve a goal they think maybe when I was 20 I couldve done that. I was searching for something new and discovered remedial massage. I was scared to go back to school as I haven’t studied in a long time but it was the best decision I ever made and can’t wait to start treating. ... 2. What inspires you? 01.01.2022 Take us back to when we could run with people. Run the streets of the city. Run along the beach. This was @mrsholisticbody first 10km race, and it wasnt about a time but just finishing.
