22.01.2022 Hey Crew, long weekend coming up! No super Saturday Warrumbungles walk tomorrow (Saturday) for anyone who would like to join. Leaving from 9 Cloonawillin ~7:15am. We will be hiking the bread knife, a 14.5km loop, grade 4 difficulty, 5-6hr est completion time Monday morning set will be outdoors at Regand Park starting at 8am (the ol’ 7am, remember to turn your clocks forward Sunday morning!)... If there is enough interest (please comment on post or dm me), I’ll run an additional 30min yoga and stretch set from the studio Monday evening 5-5:30pm Keep safe this long weekend Practice gratitude Do things that bring you joy
