11.01.2022 Today I completed the 1 minute challenges at the gym. Friday I got 76 squats in 1 minute. 76 push-ups in 1 minute on my knees. Today I challenged myself and got 52 push-ups on my toes in 1 minute chest to fist distance from the floor. After smashing out 90kg deadlifts for 5 and an awesome back workout. No time like the present to reach those goals! Train hard!

10.01.2022 Just killed this workout with the boys! Finished in under 20 minutes (the beast one) Great workout to push yourself! 516 calories for me

03.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone!! Yesterday I started an 8week challenge with my trainer! In 8 weeks I am aiming to get down to 63kgs. He is aiming to get to 15% body fat! Unbloodylikely but we will give it a crack! So to everyone pigging out on Easter eggs.... ENJOY! As of tomorrow it’s game on for me
