24.01.2022 Having a million 'friends' is not a miracle; the miracle is to have a Friend who's true to you, stands by you, love you when you're unlovable, when you are completely lost, see the pain in your eyes when everyone else believes your smile. In life we never lose friends, we only learn who the True ones are. To my family & friends who listen to me when I'm angry; hug me when I'm sad and laugh with me (sometimes laugh at me) whenever they can, I just wanted to say Thank You for being there for me and for being in my life and I love you.

21.01.2022 Of all the houses I'd cleansed, only one stand out as the "eeriest" & still have chills remembering the experience. It's a very old house,very much "haunted house" look! The owner was renovating - walls torn down, plastering torn out, flooring ripped out. As soon as I entered into the lounge, there was a little girl spirit darting around, giggling. As per my normal practice, I go to every room in the house & then concentrate on the room/s with the strongest presence. The base...ment was different, I felt like I was being "followed" & resisted the urge to turn around as I didn't wish to be "pounced upon" and also not to show fear. In a top corner of a room, I could "see" a female with long, dishevelled matted hair with desperation & fear in her eyes'. here was a mean male spirit in there also & that's who she's afraid of. There are bullies in both the physical & spirit worlds. As I start to have a chat with the owners about the cleansing, I was told that there was one more room. As I stood before the closed door of this room, I didn't want to go in as I know I won't like what I would see & I wasn't disappointed, unfortunately. It was a bathroom & the bath tub was filled with blood! Never want to see anything like that ever again & haven't thus far!! I was also advised that a little girl did die an accidental death in that house. See more

21.01.2022 Do what you will/want but please discover Love before you depart this world. Love is the answer but sometimes we no longer know the question. Love is important, if not vital to living your life as opposed to existing. I'm not talking about love in romantic relationships but love for life itself. Imagine living your life without any love - no love for the beauty around us,mankind, nature & the animal kingdom and food. Love equals enjoyment equals joy. We'll be doing a great injustice to ourselves by denying love in our lives. It's such a crime and shame if we do not allow ourselves to love what we do, see & feel. Every day, do something you love and don't be afraid to express love to anything or anyone. What's better than being loved? To be told that you're loved.

20.01.2022 Lost a pendant a few months ago, this pendant became more precious since my mum's passing as it belonged to her. I was devastated but resigned to the fact that it was lost to me forever. A few days ago, I was hanging out washing in the backyard & "something" made me looked down at my feet, without even being conscious of what I was doing, my hand was reaching for a spot in the ground - felt something underneath all the dirt; Lo and Behold, it was my mum's pendant!! I had been... thinking about her a lot more this past 2 weeks. Thanks! I found what I'd believed was lost to me forever but in fact, I hadn't lost it at all as it was in my own backyard; I just didn't know where to look. This applies in life as well, there are times we thought we had 'lost' or missing something when in fact, there was nothing lost, we just don't know where to look - should we have looked "in our own backyard"? 17.01.2022 My friends, Love is better than anger. Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair. Friendship means understanding, not agreement. It means forgiveness, not forgetting. It means the memories last, even if contact is lost.... A friend is one who knows you...and loves you just the same. Friends who show their love and support in times of trouble and not in happiness are true friends indeed. See more

15.01.2022 I don't care what you earn, where you live, what you drive, whether you're fat or skinny, tall or short, beautiful or otherwise, poor or rich, genius or not - if you're my friend, you are my friend. I accept you for who you are, not the expensive car you drive nor the title you have at work nor the perfect house you have. Who you truly are inside is what matters to me.

15.01.2022 I was at work when J called, normally I don't take/make personal calls but this time I returned her call. The first thing J said to me was "Hey Mel, I need help, I lost my earring." My first thought was how on earth can I be of help as I'm at work and she's in a shopping centre with her friends! My response to J was "I don't do this sort of thing!" but as I was just finishing the sentence, I saw a jacket with a zip at the front so I suggested that she looked there. She passed... the phone to D who told me that the 3 of them looked at the jacket many times, searched the floor of the shop they were in, retraced their steps just in case it was lost elsewhere to no avail. D asked for guidance from her guides and the message was clear to call me! Thanks! They have more faith in me than I have myself! I confirmed that I believe J hasn't lost the earring, it was still "on her" and I had to end the call as I was work; as soon as I hung up, I felt such a fool! Lo and Behold, a little while later, J texted me to say it was found in one of the pockets of the zipped jacket!! Don't know who was more surprised - me or the girls - as they had searched the jackets a few time prior to calling me. I was just so happy that J found it as it was a special present from her parents. See more

14.01.2022 If you feel there's no choice, that's because you're afraid to choose; afraid to face the unknown; afraid to follow the path borne out of our own doing/decision. There's always a choice - when we use the phrase "I had no choice", we're really saying "whatever happens from now on, it's not my fault"- we're not willing to accept responsibilities. "It's out of my hands as I had no choice, therefore I'm not to blame, circumstance and/or peole dictated the outcome". Accept respons...ibility for our actions as you are the only driver in your life, don't give the responsibility to others, who's in control in your life? Fear binds us to a limited world & & blind us. Remember there no mistakes provided you learn from the and once the lesson is learnt, it becomes most valuable but they will keep recurring until the lessons are learnt. Awareness of this will enable us to deal with it differently. Do not be blinded to the wondrous & mysterious way the Universe works in. See more

12.01.2022 A new client came to me exasperated as he'd been to someone for 2 years & was told that he would not be able to lift his arms up higher than shoulder height. He's a tradesman and we know how physical the work is-one needs its body to be in working condition/pain-free,let alone a tradesman. After the first session he could lift his arms above shoulder height, could sleep on his side without his arms getting numb & pins & needles after quite a few weekly sessions. He still sees... me regularly as he attest that he could do his job properly without his Shiatsu sessions. He also understand that it took years for his body to get to this stage and it's going to take time to rectify all the problems. Most of my clients came to me with physical and internal problems for weekly sessions for 6-8 weeks, then fortnightly and then onto monthly sessions "for their body tune-ups". I have clients who have been with me for more than 6 years. They are at the stage where they listen to their body and get the problem attended to before it get worse - just like listening to your car! 10.01.2022 This house I went to cleanse for Selvan was more like a mansion, it was by far the biggest house I'd done for Selvan, beautifully decorated & furnished, yet when I stepped inside the front door, I felt such sadness with no desire to go any further. Based on how/what I felt at the entry hall, I wouldn't accept this house even if it was given to me! If I thought this sadness was intense, it was nothing compared to what I felt in the master bedroom, which is directly on top of t...he entry hall. This bedroom was almost half the size of my own home and so beautiful but the pure desolation, deepest of despair, strong sense of hopelessness, 'nothing-to-live-for' sensations overwhelmed me - tears formed in my eyes & I just want to curl up in a corner I could see women, men & children walking around like zombies - no life in their eyes - trees around, a plantation of some sort - I know I was seeing 'slaves', forced to work & exist in unimaginable circumstances. This house was built approximately 10-15 years in this estate, so I asked Selvan to find out what this estate was before development of these houses - guess what? It was an orchard a long, long time ago! It's great when things can be validated when I cleansed places as sometimes there's doubts in my mind in what I do. See more

10.01.2022 "Are we there yet?" How excited are we in anticipation of reaching our destination? How often do we believe that we'll magically be filled with joy & satisfaction when we arrive at our destination? The sad part is that we're so focused on our arrival that we missed the journey there. The journey is, by far, the most important & precious part of our lives; for it's during our journey where valuable lessons are experience & learnt. The fact of life is from the day we're born, we're destined to die.The most important thing etched on our tombstone is the "dash" between our birthdate & the date of our demise, for this "dash" represents our life's journey. Make this "dash" counts-live each day as it's our last; love & be sure to let the people know of your love/respect; fill each day with joy & purpose.

09.01.2022 This is one of the most amazing experience. During a shiatsu session my client asked me if I could help locate the grave of her music teacher who had passed a long time ago. All my client knew is that her teacher was buried in the cemetery in Phillip Island. I advised her that normally messages just come to me & I haven't asked for info from spirits before but as I telling her that, I could see a big gravestone with yellow & white flowers, smaller gravestones surrounding it; ...rows of trees at the back of them. I then saw a gate and asked my client to turn left at the gate as she was entering into the cemetery but also to reach out to her teacher for directions. As I was preparing for bed, I realised that I haven't heard from her and thought "my info was probably all wrong!!" Then a text & photo came through, she had found the grave & said that she followed her instincts at the gate, turned right, ended up turning left & that's when she saw all that I had described! Her teacher's grave was one of the smaller ones. The flowers on the big one were fresh flowers! She and her friend couldn't believe it and I couldn't believe how accurate the vision was. I thanked her teacher, for without her giving me the vision, there was no way I could have helped my client to fulfil one of her deepest wishes. See more

07.01.2022 I've been given permission by my Shiatsu client to share our experiences. During her Shiatsu session (I have yet do a reading;all the messages I received are for my Shiatsu/Reiki/House-cleansing clients) after the demise of her brother, a vision of black helmet, leather gear & motorbike came to me immediately. She told me that he was a very proud owner of a black helmet & gear and it was present at his funeral - she can vouch for me that I had not known anything about him. Fo...r a few months, the messages came - some she can decipher the message but some she can't till she relayed them to her sister-in-law. I was shown a whiteboard with writing on it but couldn't make out what they are - the top few lines were crossed. His wife confirmed that they have a "To do list" & she believed that this is his way of telling to finish off what they had started. The last message was weird - to me anyway! - I keep seeing the word "fudge" - felt rather silly about sharing this with her but I need to and I'm glad that I did. She gasped upon hearing the word & told me that her husband & sister-in-law had to do everything for him the last few weeks of his life. They all agreed that they won't be able look at, let alone consume, fudge ever again! This period where messages were coming through from him were very special for all involved & they have now stopped as all involved have moved on & happy. See more

06.01.2022 My introduction to communication with the spirit world began with my first Reiki healing session with a niece of a very good friend of mine. She was diagnosed with a multiple of illnesses and was on 8 or 9 different medication. Great! I thought at the time as I was a novice - it wasn't until much later that I realised we are only given what we can handle even though we don't think we can. Almost as soon as I lay my hands on her, I could feel what she was feeling,thinking and ...hearing.I can't describe my feelings - it was in awe/amazement. I could hear a piercing sound in my ear, after which a booming, deep male voice followed - she confirmed that is exactly what she hears! She came for Reiki sessions for quite some time and her medications decreased slowly to only 2 types.She's leading an almost normal life now. From then on, I began to receive messages from the spirit world - sometimes they are for my clients and sometimes, they are for people I don't even know! 03.01.2022 Thus far, I have not noticed any accent in my communication with spirits as I don't normally "hear" the messages, they are relayed to me in thought forms. This time was different - in my vision I saw a female spirit, all messed up, bloodied on a country road. I also saw a car, quite banged up so I know I'm looking at a car accident. She staggered forward, arms out-stretched reaching towards me but of course, she wasn't really coming towards me. When I had finished with what I... have to do to assist her to go to where she truly belongs now, it was only then I was 'made aware' of the America drawl. I know that this info was significant otherwise I wouldn't be made aware of it. The real estate agent I'm working for was both surprised & amazed when I mentioned it. The reason the owner is selling the house is because her daughter had passed due to a car accident & she's going back to USA to assist & support her family. I feel good when the info/messages are validated with the facts as I do have doubts - is it my imagination or real messages from spirits for their loved ones? Most times, even when messages/visions mean nothing to me (why should they for they are not for me!) but means so much for the person intended. See more

If it's totally out of your control, instead of using up all your energy worrying, use it to think of ways to deal with the situation. 2. Just for today, I will not anger Being angry will not only drained you emotionally but clouds your clarity.... 3. Just for today, I will love, honour & respect all forms of life. When was the last time you showed one of the above, if not all, to nature, animals and humankind? 4. Just for today, I will accept my many blessings Greed has blinded us & taken away our ability to be grateful - there seem to be never enough, yet there's so much to grateful for everyday of our lives. 5. Just for today, I will live my life honestly Honesty doesn't only encompass the obvious dishonesty but being honest to yourself about yourself instead of lying to ourselves to justify our thoughts, feelings & actions. Try living one of these Principles for a week, move on to the next one till you've practised all 5; then living 2 of them per week till you can incorporate all 5 Principles into your life.
