01.01.2022 SPLIT SQUATS | This plyometric exercise is excellent for spiking the heart rate and working on your lower body. One of my favorite things to do when doing a legs session is to go heavy with either a pile squat or standard squat. Then superset it with split squats! To begin with try without a step, and then progress from a low step upwards. Remember with all plyometric exercises really focus on technique rather then speed to begin with.
