While it dries over the next few days we will run as many Group Classes as possible from the gym studio so keep your eyes peeled for Interim Class announcements! After the Premiers' Announcement this morning there are a couple of things we at body4u need to implement to comply with the new indoor restrictions being placed in regard to gyms.... When entering the the Studio, all clients MUST WEAR A MASK. Please be sure to bring your mask with you. If you do not comply, we are sorry but you will be unable to enter the facility and train with your Trainer All Indoor Group Classes are cancelled from Tuesday 12 Jan until Friday 22nd January The below OUTDOOR Group class schedule will be in effect from tomorrow, Tuesday 12 January until Friday 22nd January as per the Premiers' timeframe. ALL CLASSES WILL REQUIRE ONLINE BOOKINGS.
