One popular way to experience more gratitude is an exercise called three good things: Each evening before bed, take a moment for yourself and consider three things that happened that day that you appreciate, small or large. Write those down, notice over time what they have in common, how they vary, how these things make you feel. Try talking with a partner, friend or loved one, asking each other for their three goods things.
01.01.2022 Since being introduced to aerial yoga, involving suspended hammocks, and getting to share these learning experiences with my friend and expert aerial therapeutics teacher Renae at CreativeBodyFlow, Ive come to view these aerial opportunities as a wonderful way into an integrated body-mind activity, and one where flow experiences can be facilitated.
