22.01.2022 It’s hard to believe that another year has gone by, and soon we’ll be making 2019 resolutions! 2018 has been a big year for me as many of you know, I’ve been working towards gaining my Diploma of Remedial Massage. In exciting news, I’ve now completed all the requirements for certification. This means that from January, I’ll be offering HICAPS facilities, so eligible clients can claim back from their health fund instantly. The addition of EFTPOS credit card facilities will m...ake your payments even easier. The value of a balanced body I didn’t always appreciate my health the way that I do now, as most if you know, my journey to becoming a massage therapist started in 2013, when a terrible motorbike accident left my back broken in three places. After an operation to insert two rods and ten screws, I was in incredible pain. Over the next three years, weekly physio and massage transformed my life, and gave me a deep appreciation of the value of a healthy, balanced body. After all, it’s hard to enjoy life when stiffness or pain prevent you from doing what you love. In 2019, I’ll be implementing a small price rise of $5.00 per hour. Massages will now be $80 for an hour or $120 for 90 minutes. When compared to the cost of poor health, the cost of a massage is a small price to pay to help your body perform at its peak.
