I just wanted to let everyone know that our much anticipated 'Introduction to the Core' online course goe...s live tomorrow morning. if you go to our website (www.fatchfitness.com) from November 23rd you will see the registration details under the section 'Courses'. Just click on the link and you will be taken to the registration section where you can enrol.
