22.01.2022 Lots of people are coming to clinic lately with hamstring tightness. Too much time sitting on our butts during iso watching Netflix This is my favourite hamstring stretch. Keep a little soft bend in the knees and let your bodies own gravity stretch out the hamstrings and glutes. Time to loosen up those sore muscles

In 2021 there will be session fee changes for both Emmett and PEIEC. I have kept my prices the same for the last 2 years and hope to keep them affordable in the future. 04.01.2022 A little something we have been working on recently, SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER BARS. They are great for the environment, free of chemical nasties and full of nourishing goodness. Each bar is equal to between 2- 3 bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Great for those little humans that party with the shampoo. Very limited stock available so be quick. More fragrances will be listed hopefully soon.
