24.01.2022 MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BBL FAM! We have decided to make each and every member at Body Beyond Limits the members of the month of December! We are so grateful and humbled to have so many amazing members that support us and have our backs. We never want to be a big franchise gym with no love or no culture and we seriously couldn't of hand picked the quality of people we have now.... Each month we pick 2 members to be our members of the month! This is such a tricky task as all our members are absolutely amazing and support the BBL team so much and to be honest we get that many transformations and success stories that we actually can't share them all! 2021 is about having fun with fitness, building a healthy relationship with food. Planning heaps of events for our loyal members support new members that wish to join us and keeping our small family gym small and no over crowded. Unlike other gyms we are not marketing for new members as we are to busy empowering our current members and Planning our amazing year.

13.01.2022 COVID-SAFE REGULATIONS and GENERAL GYM RULES! MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THESE GYM RULES! We will be keeping up to date with any advancements with rules and regulations enforced by the Goverment in the future. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THESE RULES and we will keep safe and healthy together!... 1. Do not attend the gym if you are feeling unwell, regardless of the symptoms. 2. No Towel, No Train. A towel must be placed on equipment before use. 3. All equipment and weights must be wiped down after-use using the disinfecting wipes or disinfectant spray supplied around the facility. RE-RACK your own weights before wiping them down. 4. Always maintain 1.5m distance from staff and members. 5. Use the Hand sanitizer upon arrival and departure of the gym. 6. Keep a gap of one machine between yourself and other members. Do not use a piece of equipment directly next to one that is currently in use (Unless it is 1.5m away). 7. All group fitness classes are capped at 20 participants, please always follow the safety instructions of your instructor or personal trainer. 8. Children are allowed in the kid’s area but if you have the option to leave them with a family member or friend please do so. If your child is sick or has a runny nose please stay at home. 9. Unless necessary, please do not congregate inside the facility before and after your workout. 10. Always follow the reasonable safety directions of staff. 11. Wear your mask at all times. This is the culture we have created at Body Beyond Limits and is why our vibe is know all about our area as we are the most supportive, friendly and caring gym As promised owner Michael O'Sullivan will do 200 burpees to celebrate our amazing achievement as a group. 08.01.2022 MASSIVE UPS to Michael B for taking out male member of the month of November! When you here Mick say LEGEND this is the sort of man he talks about. Michael B not only helps the BBL team with IT, but rented over $100 of equipment on his account not once but during both lockdowns and is one of the reasons we have a gym to come back to. At BBL this is the sort of REAL man you will see walking around the gym floor giving a big smile to anyone that is new and is the MAN to us at ...BBL! Enjoy your high Mick you are one of the best members we have ever had and we all LOVE you mate! PLEASE read a few words from Mick below! I am someone that has always struggled with my weight and over the past 20+ years I have tried so many things to get it under control without any great success. So many different gyms and diets and in the end, I would always end up back where I started. After a recent holiday back in May this year, I was weighing in at my heaviest (153kg!!!) and I realised that enough is enough, I need to do something before it’s too late! I needed some help and who better to go to than Mr BBL himself. I spoke with Mick who got me started on an eating plan that was full of nice, easy to cook food that I was able to do without feeling like I was on a diet. Next step was my training so why not get the best so I enlisted Cass to sort me out. She was able to work with my constant list of pains and niggles and get me training harder than I have done in a long time. At times it has been tough, especially with lockdowns but you just keep chipping away, one day at a time and from my first body Scan back in June to now I have been seeing positive results which keeps the motivation levels up (body fat down from 54.4 to 45.3 and muscle up from 51.1 to 54.3) and I am getting close to my first big goal of getting my weight under 140kg Its only early days for me but thanks to Mick and Cass I am already developing much better habits in my food and training and my number are slowing moving in the right direction.
