05.01.2022 What You Can and Can't Control in LIfe. One of the things we can't control in life is getting older. But, do we need to use that as an excuse to not DO certain things? Take the whole "our metabolism slows down as we get older".... Do we undergo metabolic changes as we get older because of our age? Yes! But are they made far worse by the fact that most people say "Well it's because I'm getting old". Yes! We cannot control everything in life ,but we need to give ourselves more credit for the things we can control, and stop using our age as an excuse! Yes, our bodies change, every day. But we can take control over what we put in our mouths and what we do to look after and care for our bodies. Are you starting to use age as an excuse? In the photo is 4 women completing a Tough Mudder event and all over 40 & 50 years old.

02.01.2022 BodyB Fitness Third Christmas Video Wendy Grady & Rebecca Blattman did a fantastic job, with only 2 practices. We got a bit out of control near the end.

01.01.2022 Hey all you lovely people!! Being in the health and fitness industry I wanted to give you some info on whats happening from my perspective. As far as I know no gyms or Personal Trainers have been told to close down.... So I am still training my clients. BUT heres the deal, it is one client at a time, the studio and equipment that is used is cleaned with the above after every client. Clients also wash or sanitise their hands when they arrive. No one comes in if they feel they are coming down with anything. It is so important at this time that we keep fit & healthy and keep our immune system healthy as well. Exercise also helps with our mental health and Im finding that with everything that is happening ,people are becoming anxious and worried. Exercise helps us in so many ways. My advice, keep exercising, keep going to your gym or PT as long as they have a high level of hygiene practice their facility. Take responsibility for your own hygiene practices . Also remember to eat as healthy as you can. Let us be good, kind, loving and generous to each other. We WILL get through this peeps!!
