13.01.2022 Delicious Coconut Energy Bar 1 cup raw almonds 1/2 cup dates pitted 1/4 cup raw cashews... 1/4 cup raw pecans 1/2 cup toasted coconut chips 2 Tbsp raw honey 1 Tbsp coconut oil Combine the nuts in a food processor and blend until coarsely chopped. Add the honey and coconut oil and blend until mixture sticks together. Add coconut chips and blend until just incorporated. Pour into slice tray and press it flat. Bake for 15 minutes then let it cool completely. Chop into bars, wrap individually and store in the fridge. Great snack idea!
