09.01.2022 Our Body Brain Fitness group has been engaging in a productive and fun activity to support the Australian Farmers in drought. They have hand painted over 100 sheets of wrapping paper to cover the boxes that will be used as hampers for families doing it hard this Christmas. This is an initiative of Dr Donna Burgess at Castle Hill Medical Centre. The Body Brain Fitness participants are pleased to be able to contribute.

04.01.2022 People living with a brain injury or progressive neurological condition give back to the community. 20 of the Body Brain Fitness participants have been working hard to exhibit their art works this Saturday 1 Nov at 1228 Pacific Highway Pymble. The BBF program gives people with significant physical and or cognitive difficulties the opportunity to participate in enriching activities and new learning. Research supports this type of activity participation as a way to preserve cognitive function as we age. So often people living with significant disabilities are denied participation in these activities. BBF provides opportunities.
