02.01.2022 How many times do we need to be told by our bodies that something is not right? Pain is the bodys way of communicating a problem, and yet how often do we just ignore it and think it will eventually go away. How many times do we tell ourselves that If Im not better tomorrow, or next week, Ill get it looked at If we drive around on flat tires, we wear our tread down faster and use more fuel, we jeopardise our safety and minimise our performance.
