24.01.2022 BD kids class We are looking at bringing back our kids again class next term. Learning the fundamentals of living a healthy, strong, fit life.... Teaching correct lifting techniques. Ensuring kids know how to manage niggles and look after their bodies. We will be looking at a Monday and Wednesday 4pm, which coincides with an S&C class meaning the parent or adult can exercise at the same time. Our epic team of practitioners includes 5 Exercise Physiologists, 1 Physiotherapist, and 1 Remedial Masseuse. All practitioners work in conjunction with each other to fix pain, injuries, imbalances and improve individuals strength, confidence and overall health.... We work closely with the NDIS and Department of Veteran Affairs. We accept referrals from Medicare, WorkCover and CTP insurance companies. We also offer rebates through your private health insurance providers. 19.01.2022 Just a little update for those following at home. BD athlete, returned veteran, fishing guru and all round top bloke Cliffy on his way to ticking off his goal of 10 pull-ups. He’s been chipping away for a few weeks now and has been adding 1 pull-up each week.... This week was 9. Next week is 10! 73 years old and just warming up! His motto is ‘consistency. 12.01.2022 BD KIDS program This 10 week strength and conditioning program is all about building strong foundations, developing correct technique and making fitness fun! We will be offering 2 sessions per week, Monday and Wednesday afternoons at 4pm-5pm. ... This also coincides with an adults class so both parent and child can exercise at the same time! Term 4 program starts Monday 5th October and finishes Wednesday 9th December. Ages can range from 8-13 but also outside this range depending on function and fitness level. We will only be taking on 10 participants to ensure our BD kids get most out of each coaching session. We are looking for participants who will be committed to the 10 week program to achieve optimal results. This program will be excellent for those kids who like to move their bodies or who play different types of sports. If your interested in giving your child this amazing opportunity and skills they will use for the rest of your life, please reach out and enquire ASAP.
