10.01.2022 Very busy over the last month! I was a team therapist for both the Aust Men's Rugby 7s and the Aust Women's Rugby 7s on their recent individual training camps in Darwin to prepare for the Rio Olympics. Fantastic experience! Then coaching at the inaugural Camp Wallaby Darwin which was attended by Benn Robinson and about 100 kids! Also coaching, therapy and some game time with minor premiers South Darwin Rugby Union Club. One on one personal training and fitness sessions continue along with individualised rehab sessions and SLM deep tissue massage therapy appointments. 09.01.2022 Hi all, about SLM bodywork, what makes SLM far more effective? During each SLM deep tissue massage the complete muscular skeletal system is treated on at least four levels; warm up, medium, deep & specific muscular needs.
