11.01.2022 Big congratulations to this young gun client of mine Lucas Bentley! Lucas & his family took a trip to Adelaide this long weekend for the Australian Open Water Swimming Championships. In windy & choppy conditions, Lucas finished 5km in 1:08:56 & was 17th in his age group. From all reports he is stoked to have finished inside the top 20! It’s amazing where hard work and dedication both to training & recovery can get you (not to mention an amazing support crew!) It is such a ...pleasure to be able to help Lucas & I look forward to the full race report on Thursday!! Congratulations again Lucas!
