25.01.2022 We are not saying that everyone has the ability to lose weight at the same rate Yes, genetics and environment impact this However, there are some very easy mistakes we can make that hinder our progress... So before you blame genetics or environment, it's time to ask yourself a few questions Am I really aware of the calories in everything I eat AND drink? Are the 'healthy' snacks I eat REALLY as healthy/low calorie as I think? Am I pushing myself as hard as I THINK during sessions? Am I staying super CONSISTENT with my nutrition targets? So if you catch yourself wondering how these people have all this fun and manage to stay lean Here's a few things they will be doing that they might not post on social media: 1) They exercise regularly 2) They get back on track after binges 3) They eat similar meals most days 4) They are aware of body statistics What's the message? Go out, have fun, enjoy yourself but there are habits that you should be maintaining MOST of the time.

14.01.2022 If your goal is to lose fat, get lean & build muscle We recommend focussing less on how quickly you see your progress and more on what is actually within your control For example ... You can't control how quickly you lose weight You can control your exercise You can't control how quickly your tummy shrinks You can control your nutrition Yes, it's easier said than done but you will enjoy the process far more Why? Because you will never have complete control over the changes that happen to your body And if this is all you focus on it's very easy to end up discouraged when you haven't met your expectations.

11.01.2022 5 Tips for Your Fitness Journey (If you're starting now or the near future) 1 It's time to make a few sacrifices You will have to be disciplined when others aren't - remember 80% of the time you must be eating a healthy balanced diet to get great results & maintain them.... 2 Your method for losing weight matters far more than how quickly you're able to lose it After all, you will spend far more time maintaining your weight loss then you will initially losing it 3 Forget the scales If you spend the rest of your life agonising over the scales you will struggle 4 Be more mindful of calorie content If you stop to take notice of the calories in some things you will be super shocked. It's time to start checking a few labels 5 Be patient Anything worth having takes time. In time you will be feeling better, looking better & doing better 6 Have fun! This is SO important. If you don't enjoy it...it won't last! So, make sure whatever you do, you are having fun! Whether that be running, strength training, crossfit etc. Find what you love
