25.01.2022 RACHELLE B /// I was the heaviest weight I had ever been, and I didnt know how Id gotten there. I was struggling to keep all the balls in the air - work, family, being the mum like I wanted to be. Now I am back to the weight I was before kids (I lost 15kg!!) and I have energy and consistency with my health that Ive never known. Best of all I set the example for my kids, that we value our health. I would hate to think where Id be i hadnt heard about the BFP! A busy Mumma of 2, trail runner and corporate worker with great results.

(5) So ask yourself ... WHY ARE THE STATISTICS OF GLOBAL OBESITY ON THE RISE? Because eating clean and exercising just doesnt cut it. This is why I share nutritional cleansing programs. And I share them with so much PASSION, because, as a health professional, I see first hand that the world is getting FATTER and SICKER. . 20 years ago when I became an Occupational Therapist, it was pretty rare to have an obese patient. There were only a couple of bariatric beds in the hospital, only one bariatric ambulance on the Gold Coast and bariatric over toilet aids and shower chairs were special orders!!! . NOW, obese patients are the norm so are state of the art hoists, special beds, wheelchairs and scales. Plus more. The saddest part is that these patients are getting younger and younger. Not only are they suffering from psychological and physical ailments, these patients are DYING from complications related to their obesity. . As parents, it is our responsibility to set good examples for our Kidlets and promote healthier lifestyles. We have a duty of care . 23.01.2022 Heidi ... I cant ever blame my kids as to why my body looked the way it did again! Ive still got the kids but this challenge has taught me how to look after all my bodies needs, where to place the real blame and what to do about it. I feel feel incredible and look hot [its totally cool to toot my own horn right?]. Of course!! Toot away Heidi is a Mumma of 3 and another health professional who loves the science behind our system and shared our #fitbody30 challenge so much she is now a Millionaire!

23.01.2022 Such an important factor in preventing burnout... So why do most humans not make this more of a priority? This weekend start pouring some love into YOU. Do the self care. Do to therapy. Do the healthy eating. Do the reach out. Do the hard work on yourself that needs to be done on YOU ... the whole you, the confident you, the healthy you, the real you.

22.01.2022 Yesterday was WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY Did you know ... 1 in 5 Australians are affected by Mental Illness. Some studies even suggest 1 in 4 Children under the age of 19 will experience depression and / or anxiety. ... It is fast becoming one of the biggest health concerns for our future and yet the majority of people do not seek help because of stigma. . . I worked in Community Mental Health as an OT for 10 years and everyday I felt the effects of this stigma. One thing I know for sure ... my patients loved a good walk down the beach. Exercise and great nutrition fuel our body, mind and soul which has a positive impact on us, our children, our families and our community. A walk, some deep breathing, an apple should not be underestimated. But i leave you with this ... monkey see, monkey do ... how are we supposed to teach our kids if we dont role model this ourselves ... obesity, couch surfing, fast food!! EXERCISE & NOUISHMENT ---> NOURISH TO FLOURISH.

22.01.2022 Reason #18 ... Why I love working from home compared to the hospital. I get to take breaks and go outside for a walk whenever I want. After all my years of being stuck in a hospital with constant buzzers going off, freezing air con and walls always around me, it never really hit home how crappy it was ... until I started being my own boss and I realised that I could take a peaceful, outdoor rejuvenating strolls whenever I wanted!!... Dont get me wrong, I still work hard and spend hours on the phone and staring at a computer screen...but (and Ill say it again )... I CAN take a peaceful, outdoor rejuvenating stroll whenever I WANT! Thats a win in my eyes



21.01.2022 LARA ... Never in a million years did I think i could look and feel better at 43 than i did at 40. My kids now struggle to keep up with me! I love when a Personal Trainer and Mumma gets incredible results using the BFPs system thats because her results, like everyone on our team, realise that energy, weightloss and lean muscle is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise!! 20.01.2022 TransforMAYtion /// So I think I’ve said this 10 times over the last year and every time I’ve failed!!! But this time is different because I’ve a new shoulder and therefore nothing to get it my way. Now this is not saying you should let an injury stop you it shouldn’t. But yes, the last 10 disclocations I allowed myself to go on, off, on, off, on, off the road of my happiest, healthiest, strongest, fittest and most energised self. WHY? Its simple. Because I knew I could!!!... Because I know as soon as Im 100% READY & 100% WANTING to stay in the one lane, I have all the tools, my nutritional cleansing system tools, at my disposal to do so. Its always been there, I’m never ever giving it up and I have used it in this time BUT ive also - Not been consistent - Skipped many a meal - Over compensated by eating bigger meals than Damon - Became known as the rubbish bin - Ate really, really, really bad foods consistently as they are sooo much easier one handed (or at least thats what i tell myself) - Hardly exercised AND - Had an I don’t care attitude So now with our epic TransforMAYtion Challenge just around the corner and a new shoulder nearly out of the sling I know THIS IS MY TIME and this time I am ready & wanting. 19.01.2022 PURE MAGIC /// First thing I do EVERY SINGLE MORNING and the LAST THING AT NIGHT is walk to the fridge, grab out my herbal tonic and pour a shot glass full ... I shot the tonic. 18.01.2022 Damon ...I always struggled to wake up for work and felt that work actually got the best of me and my family got the sh*tty leftovers. WELL ... not anymore. Now i dont need an alarm and can not wait to play with my Kids after work. 16.01.2022 We all go a little wild come Easter time! Goals go out the window. Chocolate eggs screaming our names So I hope you went wild and enjoyed it ! Life is about balance right. Where is the fun in swapping Easter eggs for carrot sticks? (No one actually does that right?)... Somehow we do have to apologise to our bodies for the long weekend. To remind it that NO we wont be always consuming that much sugar. 12.01.2022 TIME /// I didnt wait till I had the time for Life to eat better, to Exercise, to look after my health, to work on my business while being a mum, wife, taxi driver, cleaner, laundrette, bill payer, a gardener and being an OT! I FOUND the time. I stopped doing the things that I was using to numb it... and I just started taking action. . Are you ready to take action towards your dream life? ... No matter how busy you are ... even if the kids need lunch or youve got a hundred phone calls lined up or the laundry is becoming more of a mountain than a pile ... you can find 10 minutes a day. . Its the little things, the 10 minutes, that create your dreams. Its the new strategy you learn in a podcast on the way to work. Your next step could be a google search away. Sending an e-mail could open your next door. Sending a message to me could change your life, physically and financially. AND what do all those things have in common? You can do them in ten minutes. 11.01.2022 How can I create healthy habits? Instead of making a lot of huge changes at once and making certain foods off limits, try slowly adding in healthier options like fruits, vegetables and more water. The produce and water will start filling you up and you wont have as much room for the unhealthier options. Soon enough, youll even start craving the good stuff! Plus, putting restrictions on your diet can backfire. Remember, youre creating a lifestyle change, not a temporary die...t change. Me craving the good stuff choc mint for breakfast without and guilt only happiness and satisfaction of the good stuff!!!

09.01.2022 MICHELLE S /// I obviously wanted to loose weight. I hated the way I looked but more than that I was sick of being tired and grumpy. I lost 39 kilos but more than that Im just a happier person I have so much more patience and energy for my children and I just feel so much better A Single Mumma of 2 who has changed her current and future health.

09.01.2022 Workout gear and sneakers on but after the Christmas food and alcohol splurge (three glasses is a splurge for me) Im honestly not feeling it and cant be assed going for a run. Then I remember I have two Kidlets [and patients] who are looking up to me for guidance and help and regardless of who they are and what they remember now ... its my subtle way of teaching them to learn and form good habits for a happy, healthy and balanced life. So although today its a... chore for me and right now im inconsistent with my nutrition and exercise ... being healthy and active is something I keep striving to do. I could easily make excuses but ... they absorb every little thing. Be the change!

06.01.2022 Not all calories are created equal. Here is the real reason why you will never find chicken wings in your meal plans. I however love wings so its important to remember about BALANCE ... which I am all for as it means i get to eat chicken wings!!

05.01.2022 Q: How do you eat a Mammoth? A: One bite at a time. Its the same with improving your health, losing weight, increasing your energy or reducing your stress ...... When addressing what seems like a mammoth task you take it one step at a time. Step one: Decide what you want to look different in the next two weeks Step Two: Fuel your body with the right nutrition Step Three: Cleanse your body of rubbish toxins which are slowing everything down. Step Four: Repeat!!!

03.01.2022 I ADORE this time of year ... Christmas, New Year, Holidays, Celebrating, Food, Laughter, Fun, Good Cheer ... BUT... I also know its a time that can easily cause everyone to fall into the abyss of bad health habits making us feel just like Barbie So if youre someone who wants to enjoy the festivities, without spiralling into a black hole filled with booze and sugar, then Ive got some tips for you. ... 1. Less Alcohol, More Water: Three drinks tips me over but if I have a glass of water in between my alcohol I can last longer into the night ... Plus you head will thank you later!! 2. Less Meat, More Vegetables: This is the time for BBQs galore but dont forget to load up your plate on colourful veggies ... Your tummy will thank you for it. 3. Less Salt, More Lemon: There is more than enough salt already in our food, so try adding lemon or even vinegar instead ... Your heart will thank you for this one!! 4. Less Sugar, More Fruit: It pretty much says it all. Fruit has all the taste, minus the calories. Raspberries and Mangos are my current favourite !! 5. Less Eating, More Chewing: We are all so busy and eat so much on the run that we actually forget to chew our food. Take some time and enjoy savouring the taste whilst you chew. Your digestive system will thank you!! 6. Less Words, More Action: Im not going to lie. This is one of the hardest. But practise makes perfect. Dont just say that youre going to focus on your health ACTUALLY put some plans in place and action them daily ... I am happy to be your accountability buddy. Your body and family will thank you!! 7. Less Greed, More Giving: Part of being healthy lies within our souls. If you havent done it yet perform som Random Acts of Kindness (RAOK). Its a great feeling and your community will thank you!! 8. Less Worry, More Sleep: This time of year can cause increased stress and worry ... both are energy drainers. Breathe. Be happy. Write out any worries you have and then write out your gratitudes before you go to bed. Your brain will thank you for it!!! 9. Less Driving, More Walking: Or biking, or jogging or dancing. Lets just commit to move more these holidays! 10. Less Anger, More Laughter: Not the easiest thing to do sometimes especially in the school holidays with Kids on massive sugar highs but dont they say laughter is the best medicine ... If you have any great healthy habits that you would like to share, Id love to hear them

02.01.2022 TOP TRICK When doing weighted squats stand on two steps for a deeper, more effective squat! Your bum and thighs will thank you after Weighted squats and other exercises are not necessary to get incredible energy, health or body results using my program but it always the endorphin hit it gives you makes it worth it! ... 02.01.2022 STATISTICS /// Im a statistics girl. It might be [or not] because Im a health professional doesnt matter what the statistic is about im always intrigued and take interest. Mainly because i then make every effort to be OUTSIDE of the common statistic I like be different! For 2020 and according to this poll I want to learn a new hobby / skill and lose weight (dont stress, not alot, only the extra I gained over the festive season) but I think its funny how they are ...both 26% though and thankfully both outside the "common" What one are you???
