25.01.2022 Following PM Scott Morrison’s statement earlier today, communication from the Department of Health has confirmed Gyms, indoor fitness centres and swimming pools do not need to close at this time as long as they follow social distancing advice and have good cleaning routines in place*. 24.01.2022 RENTING OUT THE GYM EQUIPMENT! Hi BodyGo fit enthusiasts, As you are all aware, the gym has been shut down indefinitely as an effect of pandemic. We cannot thank everyone enough for all the fantastic support we have received.... To support our clients, and try to minimise the effect of this crisis on the gym, we have decided to lease out our equipment during this time. We really appreciate any support, and hope this keeps you going until we come back. This is available only to our members and friends. 12.01.2022 It's still safe to keep active with BodyGO despite gym closures! Due to the current COVID 19 situation we will have to cease all indoor gym sessions and continue with OUTDOOR training on our ROOFTOP where you will have your own marked 4 square meters space with 1.5 meter in between and your own equipment to train away from other participants and online training using messenger. Regular Body Go 4-on-1 session with an adjusted quarantine timetable: at hte moment we decided tp... leave it 6am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm Monday to Thursday and 6-11am on Fridays and Saturdays. Please contact us to confirm or request different times available, as we still trying to figure out what will work best. Be safe everyone, be sensible, and together, lets support each other through what is a very trying time!

09.01.2022 Stay fit & beat the virus with BodyGO Hi everyone! We hope this post finds you as well as can be in a time that is creating a lot of confusion and fear.... We decided to reach out to our community and send you a few updates relating to the fitness industry and the #Covid-19 virus. Firstly, how are you? If there is anything we can do to support you or help you please get in touch with us! If you are confused with the random information about the virus and not sure if you should or should not keep training, please have look at this article from Fitness Australia: https://fitness.org.au//good-health-is-still-/50/1959/184 Secondary, we thought carefully and realised, that during this worrying time we can offer to our clients some very special products that not many other gyms can: 1) GYM HIRE You can hire this gym space for yourself to train without worry of spreading or catching any germs. This is an offer for the current members only who we know and trust. If you feel your not 100% or just got back from a trip and not sure if you should be around other people, but still want to keep fit - this may be a great option for you! The gym is available between 10am and 5pm and we will charge you only $35 for having gym all to yourself with a program to follow from us. 2) ONLINE 4-on-1 TRAINING If you are self isolating but feel well, why not training at home with a trainer watching and encouraging you to keep training regularly instead binging netflix and food in front of your screen? We are here to help you to keep well, so we came up with an idea of 4-on-1 online training for the price of your regular session. Its not perfect, but its certainly a good way to continue your program. We have Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings available, so let us know and we can book you in! 3) PERSONAL TRAINING Finally, if you want to train hard but want to avoid crowds to reduce the risk of getting the virus, you can book 1-on-1 session with Natalia Bailey or Randolph Strickland Jr. Contact us for the prices and times available! Complimentary disinfectant sprays, hand sanitiser and toilet paper (we promise) are available in the premises :) Stay well and do not forget to laugh and have fun, we have been told that a good attitude and regular training does help with immunity x
