15.01.2022 Shhh... NRG blitz team score on Wed:27/3/13 Burpies: 150 reps. Squat Thrusters: 268 reps. Crunches: 359 reps. Air squat: 416 reps. Hand Release Push Up: 225 reps. = 1418 Reps. Average of 236 reps per person in 30 minutes plus 10 minutes per person spot running. Great work team!

15.01.2022 Proud of our members in circuit tonight! Well done... Countdown circuit #1 30 min time cap, in pairs. One partner runs other does push up's followed by sit up's. Counting down each set, minus 3 from the push up's and minus 2 from the sit up's. Starting at 30 push up's and 20 sit up's. Then 27 push up's 18 sit up's.....etc. Finish when rounds of 3 and 2 reps are done. Andrew & Pren : 17min:45 sec. Carly & Markus: 16:40.... Countdown circuit #2 Same reps and countdown style, except with dumbbells doing alternate lunges and shoulder press between runs. Andrew and Pren:14 min 42 sec. 2kg dumbbells Carly & Markus: 14:39 2kg and 10 kg dumbbells. #3 Firebreather: countdown 10 to 1 reps of push up's and sit up's, one partner works, other plank. Switch after each set of reps. Andrew & Pren: 8 min 46 sec Carly & Markus: 6:37.

11.01.2022 Here's what were doing for NRG Blitz Wednesday 1st May 5:30pm. 4 Rounds for time of the following:- 10 Burpies 15 Jump split lunges... 20 push ups 30 Mt Climbers 40 Air squats. Then:- 10x Vertical Leap, 10x Monkey Business, 10x Pistols (5 each leg)
