13.01.2022 BODY HARMONY SATURDAY NIGHT INSIGHT...... This week is about "PERCEPTION" When you acknowledge your perception, your intuition naturally follows. Without movement on any level, you walk the path of stagnation.... Without intuition, your ego rules, because your connection to the creator is lost. Perception is found in the stillness of your inner being. Do you believe in yourself? Do you trust yourself? If you answer no to these questions, explore the reasons why?? How do you think people perceive you? Do you find they do not trust you or believe what you say? The reason could be" YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IT" People will respond not just by your words but how you present yourself, YOUR BODY LANGUAGE. You have the potential for anything you desire in this life yet you do not believe you can have it. Again the blockages come from old belief patterns you heard over and over again, from your parents or grandparents or other people who influenced you as a child. Can you see how important it is to be aware of what you say to your children and the body language you are showing them. They read your body before they hear your words. Are they growing up knowing kindness, love, understanding, confidence, acceptance, the freedom to question, to respect themselves and others, to have faith and the courage to say when something doesn't feel right, the ability to listen and how to perceive the truth OR Are they not getting a chance to speak, or told they are stupid, or even worse they are in the way. 13.01.2022 Hi Everyone It is Mobile PR day this Friday. Personal readings and Numerology and healing sessions for a hour in your home or you canr skype if you are Interstate or overseas. Have you ever felt a presence in your energy field? Every day of your life brings triggers either positive or negative. A chance to be fearful, anxious, unhappy shocked sometimes just through a conversation with someone. This is because there is a memory in every cell of your body that remembers horrif...ic episodes, hurt pain love compassion etc You meet just the right person at the right time or you have negative people turn up one after another. I wonder where my dad will be this morning. He walks along the track that leads to his favourite mountain, then stops and looks up His father is sitting motionless on the edge of a cliff The boy starts to run,I knew I should have got up earlier,now he'll be waiting for me and will probably be angry The boy's mind was racing ahead with so many scenarios He was physically going so fast that his body couldn't keep up, and tripped and stumbled so many times before he reached the top, out of breath. His father looks at him and smiles In a very calm voice he says, sit down my child .As the boy sits down he continues to talk and apologise The faster I went the slower I moved it was like stepping through thick mud Oh my! Your busy mind created all those scenarios. Did any of what you imagined happen? No! Do you remember the story of the Tortoise and the Hare? Yes, and you are about to tell me I 'm the hare in the story, right? Well yes, because the hare had the busy mind that tried to outfox the tortoise. The tortoise didn't care whether he won or lost, he was just happy to be walking along .because in his mind there is only THE NOW he was practising meditation all the time Most people lead very busy lives and because so much is packed into a day, they are exhausted and fall into bed, ready to repeat it all again the next day. You see, the hare assumed that the tortoise was so slow that there could be no way he could win.The hare was so busy setting up his schemes he grew sleepy and fell asleep longer then he thought. In that time ,the Tortoise passed him and when the hare woke up,he ran as fast as he could to be first, just as the tortoise put one foot over the finish ine No wonder people can't find peace within themselves, they don't stop long enough to experience how peace feels. You can find peace in every thing you do . HOW DOES THIS RELATE TO YOU AND THE WORLD RIGHT NOW? The symbol shows the separation of the Throat chakra in orange on the top, and is about RELATING .... The large symbol in the middle is your Heart chakra and is about DRIVE AND DEVOTION The 3rd one is the Solar plexus chakra tand it's about your .IDENTITY... Chakras or energy centres are not in your physical body, only in your Auric field. They do however relate to your endocrine system which can affect your Immune system. To experience your own energy field you could rub your hands together and then hold them a few inches apart Can you feel the sensation between your hands or a tingling in your fingers. 04.01.2022 BODY HARMONY "SATURDAY NIGHT INSIGHTS" EACH WEEK I WILL BE GUIDED BY SPIRIT, TO BRING TO YOUR AWARENESS, THE HIGH VIBRATIONAL SYMBOL MOST SUITABLE TO WHERE YOU ARE AT THIS PRESENT TIME. This week is "REFLECTION"......... "A clear reflection, and all will be seen. I invite you to look." These words will have a different meaning for everyone. Let's look at what vibrations you give out, through thought, words or actions and how it is reflected back to you. It may be on a physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual level. If you don't like what is being reflected, it can mean you have the very same emotion hiding deep within your being. A part of you is hiding in the shadows of your light filled self, but that's okay, because unless the light shines on the shadow, you don't know it even exists. If you deny this realisation, you will take away the fun of exploring and creating the necessary changes. I am sure you are familiar with the wearing of certain symbols over the centuries and how they can have a profound affect on people. 04.01.2022 BODY HARMONY 'S SATURDAY NIGHT "INSIGHT" This week is on "GUIDANCE AND REJUVENATION" There was once a boy who always relied on his parents to give him the answers, UNTIL............. this particular morning, he followed his parents along a narrow path at the edge of some cliffs that overlooked the expansive blue ocean. His mother seemed to know every wildflower by their botanical names, while his father walked quietly beside her. Around the next bend they stopped, bent down to clear the ground of sticks and debris and sat down. The boy did the same without question. Shafts of golden light began to appear from the horizon, in the blink of an eye. This is the beginning of a new day. The magic is so powerful, that it keeps you held in this moment. Your mind has a chance to be still, said his father. Why is it so important to have a still mind? Close your eyes and ask yourself that question. I am sure you will come up with the answer. Well!!.. .....Oh dad! I don't know, you always have all the answers, why are you asking me? The father remained silent. Oh! ....okay then, but I'll probably get it wrong. The boy looked out and suddenly felt mesmerised by the beauty appearing in the sky. It's as though I am the only person watching this, the boy said. I don't want to move. Wow!! I can hear my self breathing. I guess that's what it's like to be peaceful, right.?? You just allowed yourself to be connected to nature. There is no wrong answer, it's about experiencing and listening. When we connect to nature, our bodies become energised and rejuvenated and relaxed. It is like waking from a deep sleep. We are all apart of nature, which offers healing through its frequencies. Many people have turned their backs preferring to be inside four walls and bombarded with frequencies that go against their natural rhythms. Nature is a vitamin pill if you choose to walk among its majesty, and its FREE! 04.01.2022 BODY HARMONY SATURDAY NIGHT INSIGHT....... This week is about "SUPPORT" "You are always supported. Relax in the knowing and remember the power of attraction."... We all know the feeling of support, whether it be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual When the time came for you to arrive on the Earth, loving hands were waiting to support you. BUT!!!! The first detachment came when you were exposed to the light and your communication cord was cut. It didn't take long to work out how opposites played an important role in your life. When you cried, you were rewarded with food. When you were cold you wore clothes to keep your body warm Mostly you were either, wet or dry, full or empty, asleep or awake, happy or sad, and peaceful or angry, yet you were supported one way or the other. Then CHANGE happened, just as you were getting used to mother's milk, you were cut off, then it wasn't ok to go to the toilet in your nappy anymore and definitely not ok to do it in your pants. You began to be confused over this support game that was always there at the start. What are you wanting to attract or support you in your life?? Are you finding it a challenge to feel supported? Maybe you are too scared to ask for help? Maybe you don't feel worthy or deserving? Are you supporting others or only receiving support? Being supported, is a two way street of giving and receiving, one cannot survive without the other.
