24.01.2022 Hey guys, if you are able please support local.

24.01.2022 Hi guys, so from midday tomorrow we are allowed to reopen. Obviously this has happened pretty suddenly and a lot of gear is still with you guys. To try and get things up and running asap can we ask that the gear is returned tomorrow if possible. We will be there between 4pm and 5pm. If this isn't possible for you can you please send me a message so we can make other arrangements. We will reopen Tuesday morning at 5.30am. Going forward.. Due to the downturn in memberships we ...are adjusting our timetable accordingly. Daily 5.30am and 6am classes as normal. All mid morning classes will now be 9am and 9.30am. These classes will be monitored for the next month, a large percentage of mid morning clients have cancelled memberships so we will need to see what happens over the next month and make decisions regarding these classes then. We no longer have 4pm classes and the gym will open at 5pm Monday - Thursday for normal evening classes. Class numbers are limited to 20 people including trainer. While I don't anticipate this being a problem for us if it does become one priority will be given to members who have maintained memberships throughout this closure and any other available spots will be on a first in, first served basis. Hopefully none of this effects us and we will be back to normal in no time! Looking forward to seeing you all. Erin See more

23.01.2022 Hi Guys, below is our gym hours over the festive season

22.01.2022 Hey guys, here is our current updated timetable

20.01.2022 Hey guys, just an update after the new announcement today... We are fortunate to have a large gym space to work in and the new restriction does not affect us due to our class numbers and timetable. The nature of our gym has meant maintaining necessary hygiene standards is fairly simple for us and we are doing whatever we need to do to keep functioning as normal. Please keep an eye on FB as we will keep you up to date with any changes here. As always keeping fit and healthy s...hould still be a priority and we look forward to seeing you all in class. Thanks, Erin See more

17.01.2022 Hey guys, with regards to outdoor bootcamps that have been approved from Friday 15th May, we have just had confirmation that no gym carparks are allowed to be used, I assumed this would probably be the case as it was the same when we were reduced to 10 originally. I'm still looking at possible options but will keep you all updated. Roll on 12th June!

16.01.2022 Time to get back into it! 15.01.2022 Awesome work Elissa Kurrle!!

15.01.2022 Hey guys, training is continuing as normal for us and all classes are running. Remember if you are not symptomatic and currently have no reason to stay away then keeping fit and healthy is the best thing you can and should do for yourself. However, should you find yourself having to self isolate please flick me through a message and I will send you through a home workout daily that you can complete until you are able to come back in. Thanks for your continued support. Erin

14.01.2022 Hey guys, just a reminder that there is no Bootcamp tomorrow. Have a great weekend

12.01.2022 Hey guys, there is no 9am or 9.30am classes tomorrow (Friday 9th October). All other classes are running as normal. Thanks.

12.01.2022 Hi guys, I am away this afternoon so the 6pm Pilates class will be run as a core class. Thanks, Erin

12.01.2022 Hey guys, unfortunately we have had another update which requires us to close the gym as of midday tomorrow. (Monday 23rd March) We don't know how long the closure will be for but in the meantime, from tomorrow I will post a new workout daily that can be completed at your home. I realise training on your own is hard and it's not ideal but don't let your hard work go to waste (you all know what it's like after a 2 week holiday!) The majority will be bodyweight but I'll give ...some dumbbell options for those of you who happen to have a set at home. My suggestion is you stick with your normal routine. If you usually train at 5.30am, set your alarm, crank some tunes and train at 5.30am. If you want anything different, or other suggestions through this time or if you are having problems getting motivated please send me a message. Thanks for your continued support through what is an absolute rubbish time, we really appreciate it. Erin *** we are trying to come up with some more options, please bear with us with we work on some possibilities outside the box.... See more

11.01.2022 don't neglect those home workouts crew

10.01.2022 We would like to wish you all a safe and Happy Easter, in particular our wonderful clients who have continued to support us through this unexpected time. I am so proud of you guys for the way you have embraced our @ home training. Enjoy a well earned rest and an easter egg or 2!

09.01.2022 The effort you put into your training is something only you can control. Your results will be directly proportional to the effort you put in. Always work as hard as you can, as fast as you can, as heavy as you can. #effort #workforyourresults #workhard #yourbestalways #fitnessforlife #fitnessclasses #gym #bodyinmotionfitness #exercise #functionalfitness #frasercoast #getmoving #gettingthegains #getyourhealthontrack #getfit #getcomfortablebeinguncomfortable #gethealthy #gymdays #herveybayfitness #hitthosegoals #healthy #itsnevertoolatetostart #joinourfamily #keepgoing #liveyourbestlife #metcon #pushthroughyourexcuses #stickwithit #strength #strengthandconditioning

08.01.2022 Hey guys, due to a power outage in our area we are cancelling 6pm Strength class tonight as the gym will be too dark. Metcon running as normal. Thanks, Erin

08.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all our members! I am always beyond impressed by you guys and your dedication to training throughout the year. What you do is not easy and your commitment to your health and well-being is something you should all be very proud of. You guys don't slack off and you don't let me slack off either and I feel privileged to train with you every day. Enjoy your few days off, you absolutely deserve it!

06.01.2022 Hi Guys, with all the news circulating about Corona Virus and with Flu season heading our way now is a timely reminder that if you are sick please don't come into the gym. Please stay home and give your body a chance to rest, your body will thank you for it. In the interest of keeping everyone healthy please also don't bring in children who are home sick. Thanks for your cooperation

05.01.2022 Hey guys! As we head into a new year I thought I'd share some of my thoughts with you. Its a big post but for our members this is all very relevant. Its just my thoughts from what I observe over the years.... *Set a goal Our goals were thrown out the window last year, which was well out of our control, but this are improving so make some new ones. It’s easier to stay motivated if you have something to work towards. I will never stop you focusing on a goal and working specif...ically towards that, particularly in strength classes, please do so! *Manage your injuries Like with any sport, injuries are unfortunately inevitable. Don’t quit! Manage, them. We have, and always will work around those injuries to keep you going. The stronger you get the less frequent these are usually. *Be proud - you are making your health and wellbeing a priority and should be proud of this. Training is hard! But being unfit and unhealthy is harder and you are already well ahead of anyone who isn’t doing anything. *Accept the compliments I can guarantee that even if you haven’t heard them, I’ve heard compliments about every single of you. While someone may be your inspiration remember, you are also someone else’s. If someone pays you a compliment, they really mean it. And if they don’t say it your face, they’ll definitely say it behind your back! *Don’t cheat yourself Unless you’ve been told to, don’t skip the hard stuff just because its hard (and it’s all hard I know). Be accurate with reps, don’t shorten your rows or bikes. I can guide you but at the end of the day it’s up to you to know if you are working to your potential. If you have worked as hard as you can, then you can be proud of that (as I am myself reminded often its your workout guys) *Work hard but don’t stress about not finishing! - The workouts are designed to challenge you and I know you wont all finish them. Some of the strongest people I know don’t always finish them, nor do some of the fastest. It’s not a reflection of your fitness. They will all challenge you differently and that’s the idea. *Celebrate your successes regardless of how small you think something is, if its more then you could do before then it means you are improving. You wont PB your lifts every week or even every month, its takes dedication and time so any growth no matter how small is something you should be proud of. You worked hard for it! *Rest Rest is crucial for your body and your results. If you overdo it you will not see the results you were wanting, work smart. Have rest days. Be kind to yourself.
