25.01.2022 76, 77, 78 NOPE, just joking If an exercise is performed with proper muscle engagement, breathing and control, you don’t need too many repetitions. A challenge can always be added with an extra breath and hold whilst in the movement.

Our instructors have very good memories and we love to recall when clients first started with us, and then remind them of how much they have achieved since then. We also like it when experienced clients have to hold the stairs on the way down from their workout - always a good sign we have found their limit

The main culprit behind this pain is the upper trapezius muscles. Did you know that getting your lats (latissimus dorsi, your big muscle in the back) working can often assist to combat this? This exercise shown here is great to activate lats and work on shoulder stability

It involves moving the spine from a rounded position (flexion) to an arched one (extension - pictured). Each movement is done in conjunction with either an inhalation or exhalation of breath, making it a simple way to link your breath to movement. ...
