24.01.2022 Body & Mind held its first Queensland Stress 101 workshop for veterans in Caboolture on Tuesday 24th May. Feedback was excellent and all participants indicated they gained much from the day.

20.01.2022 Body & Mind is proud to be assisting the athletes from QUT Cheer & Dance through sponsorship of their new team jackets. Its our way of promoting good "body and mind" activities, putting back into the community, and being a good "corporate citizen". Good luck to all the girls in their competitions later this year.
