25.01.2022 Hi everyone we do hope your all doing well and maybe learning some new skills during lockdown. Due to the extended lockdown we will not be returning to the clinic on the 14 th of September. I have had alot of calls to find out the new date for opening once we know you will know. 25.01.2022 We would like to welcome Ashlee Hancock to the centre starting today Ashlee will be working Monday afternoons.

25.01.2022 We were told by the vic government yesterday that we were to stay open but today we were given a few hours to close. Its been an incredibly upsetting day for us and our valued clients. We will be closed for 6 weeks unless something changes, please keep an eye on here or our website www.bodymindsoulntc.com for updates as discussions are being held.

24.01.2022 Allied health including Naturopaths are returning to work on the 28 th September but they are heavily restricted and we are still awaiting clarification from the government and associations on these restrictions it may be early next week until we hear, will keep you updated.

24.01.2022 COVID-19 alert Stay at home if you feel unwell. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention.

22.01.2022 Just a reminder that the centre operates within Vic Gov Covid Safe guidelines which means masks must be worn at all times covering the mouth and nose and you must use the hand sanitizer upon entry even if you have just applied some outside before entering. Thanks.

20.01.2022 Hi all hope your all doing your bit to slow the spread. I have been sewing non stop and have reusable/washable cotton face masks for sale $8 for adults $5 for kids.....available at reception.

18.01.2022 As Gary returns to work for face to face appointments on wednesday the phones have been running hot, please do not leave your appointment booking to late for Adrian and Gary as we close over the xmas break for our usual 3 week holiday, get in now so you dont miss out.

17.01.2022 Business as usual for us, we do ask if you have an appointment and you have a mask please wear it, not compulsory as we all self distance.

16.01.2022 We take your health and safety seriously, we have a sanitizer station at the front door, as well as in the bathroom and at reception. Clear visible signs on the front door to ensure no one enters with any clear signs of sneezing, coughing, fever etc. We have 3 waiting rooms to ensure social distancing, and clear floor markings. All surfaces are wiped down on a regular basis throughout the day and face masks are available to buy in reception. If you have any signs of sickness please stay home and call the centre.

16.01.2022 Stage 4 means you can travel outside your 5 km for health care. Yes we are open and continue to provide you support. Please contact reception if you would like an appointment confirmation letter to carry with you.

12.01.2022 Christmas Closure The centre will close from the 24th of December to reopen on the 18th of January 2021.

12.01.2022 We have made a few changes at the centre thought I would fill you in..... Gary no longer offers the call in from 8.30 am to 9am if you need to contact him please do so via email. We are no longer open late on a thursday evening so centre hours are now... Monday to thursday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm closed for lunch from 1.30 to 2.30. Ashlee hancock starts work with us from the 30 th Nov. We still mantain a safe covid plan according to Vic Gov so masks are still mandatory inside the centre.

11.01.2022 Yipeeee You can now attend the centre for appointments with Gary Hancock from Wednesday 28 th October. Please remember you are able to travel outside your 25 km for health appointments as indicated on the DHHS website. Our centre complies with the VIC GOV safe covid plan.

05.01.2022 Update.....News from Vic Government as of 28 th September Gary Hancock will continue to do Telehealth appointments as he is not permitted to do face to face appointments under the new criteria, until a Government review on the 26 th October. Update for Adrian in the next few days.

03.01.2022 Due to government regulations Gary Hancock must do Telehealth appointments working from home, he is then allowed to go out of his 5 km radius to the clinic to fulfill and post meds. We have moved most of the clinic to home and are setting up a designated phone with answering machine for the clinic calls this will be a different phone number which I will hopefully post here Saturday, the answering machine message at the clinic will also have all details. So look out for the new covid lockdown number over the weekend.

02.01.2022 There has been alot of confusing information released by the government but as it stands today the 19 th October.... Adrian Hubbard will return to work for face to face appointments for all health care with no restrictions. Gary Hancock will continue with Telehealth appointments until further restrictions are lifted.

01.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS Ashlee Hancock is a Psychologist who will be joining our centre working on a Monday. Ashlee will be providing psychological care to young people aged 15 to 25 years. She has a special interest in working with OCD and Psychosis. Contact reception for details.

01.01.2022 Masks are now mandatory to enter the building from thursday 23 rd July and all staff and practitioners will be also wearing masks. We have 3 waiting rooms so if you bring family with you they may be asked to wait outside as priority will be extended to patients. These measures are within the guidelines instructed to us by the Vic Gov.
