The same goes with Personal Trainers & Coaches, when choosing a trainer do your due diligence to ensure their methods are right for you and your specific goals and where possible never settle for cookie cutter programs.
16.01.2022 I love this meme! How many people (men & women) follow the crowd and take supplements just because it’s the thing to take? If you monitor your diet and eat correctly for what your fitness or strength goal is you may not need any supplements at all! Remember a supplement is just an add on IF you are not reaching your daily requirements through your diet, it is NOT your diet. If in doubt spend a few dollars that were being wasted on supplements and speak with a qualified dietician or sports nutritionist.
