Do you really want to lose weight or do you want to lose fat that should be the question and your training and nutrition requirements need to be designed to suit your individual needs! Nothing comes overnight it takes consistency hard work dedication and having fun with your nutrition and training!... Try and set some goals, Goals that are realistic and strip your training back to basics we often get too overwhelmed with what social media tells us we should be doing...
