So next time you have having a not so good day, bear in mind how it is affecting your body. A wise woman once told me - it's ok to sit in an emotional state, the deal is choose how long you would like to stay there and then move on once your allotted time is up. ... There isn't any point dragging it on & on. Life is for living! See more



22.01.2022 Be Careful what you think & say, as they have a huge impact on how we feel. Here's a little trick I learned many years ago and works a treat and it certainly makes you more mindful of your thoughts and how you speak The 24 HR Clock of Positivity... All you need to do is be positive in thoughts, words & actions for 24hrs. That's it. The trick is you they have to be consecutive hours and do include sleep. You may need to be mindful of what videos, TV shows, music, you tube, social media & behaviour you watch, read & do so they have a positive and uplifting feel about them. When I first did this it took me almost a week. I became very aware of how I spoke to myself and what I said particularly when I woke up each morning. Let me know how you go

19.01.2022 Here's another example of the Power of words.. Also, get rid of the word BUT - as all the words prior can be taken as a lie or not totally the truth. (maybe use the word AND instead, depending on the context of your conversation. I guess it also makes you think about how you say something, what are you would like to say, and whether you are speaking your truth. Is there another way you could say it. eg I like brussel sprouts BUT I prefer Kale. So here's the thing, I eat brussel sprouts because they are perceived to be good for me and sometimes I will eat them to see if I have changed my mind about whether I like them or not. Instead of letting people think I like them, it would be better to say I eat them if I have to)

14.01.2022 You can only control what's within you and your world. You cannot control what is outside of you or other people. You may think you can control others and situations, this is not true as others have their own agendas. If you have a habit of controlling others, then it could be something you learnt from your parents, grandparents or someone else. You need to ask yourself - does it serve you? Is it working for you? Is it causing you stress because things aren't going the wa...y you planned, people aren't doing what they are meant to according to your rules and your way. (if it is work related that is different). I am talking about your personal life. Let go of trying to control and just look after you - it's easier and you will be less stressed and much happier

09.01.2022 How would you like to feel every day? Would you like more ease, calmness & relaxation? Would you like more balance in all areas of your life?... So I am guessing you would like less stress, less aches & pains in your body, less stiffness in your joints, less headaches/migraines, less tinitus, less jaw pain & less illness? Imagines if all those coloured dots where energy running through your whole entire body, unblocking your healing pathways (meridians), organs, nerves, muscles, tendons, ligaments, endocrine system & glands and other body systems allowing your body to heal & realign. How would that make you feel? You may feel lighter, tingly, energised, happier, excited with life, more focused, clearer in your mind, a spring in your step because you feel so great. 04.01.2022 Do you Protect yourself on a daily basis? If parrotfish can protect themselves against predators every night whilst they sleep, then why don't you? Instead of the mucus bubble they blow around themselves, you could surround yourself with white light. ... I imagine a piece of bubblegum and blow a huge bubble around me, sometimes as big as my room, or house - you can make as big as you would like it to be. And with the power of intention, you will be protected for the whole day. This protection is against other peoples' B.S. , their negativity, or negative energies & entities. The last thing you want to pick up is someones bad mood, or headache, particularly when you are having a great day.
