Please be assured that this is a temporary closure & we will reopen as soon as deemed possible. Your love & support has buoyed me to remain committed to being resilient throughout these difficult times ahead. She cant get an online delivery and is vulnerable: shes completely in Lockdown, like so many of us. ...As I pulled up in the car to my childhood home, I remembered I cant hug her. And thats difficult. And then she danced in the for us. She taught Rosie the dance from The Sugar Plum Fairy. An ex-ballet dancer she has a full repertoire that lives as a memory in her body. These moments of connection are held as deep deep gratitude. Shell never see this post. She doesnt know what instagram is! 10.01.2022 Its been 6 weeks of live Pilates zoom sessions thus far. Weve had a lot of fun & made creative use of not only Pilates props but household items. Canned goods from the pantry for hand weights with chick peas being the most popular choice (maybe because we buy them & dont eat them), pantyhose for a theraband, cushions, broomsticks, mops & chairs to name a few.
