19.01.2022 I have just had my first relaxation massage post hip surgery and my body feels revived and incredibly thankful for the attention. At times you can easily forget that your body needs a bit of help to relax and recoup its strength. Sometimes just a little bit of gentle care can make all the difference. I am really looking forward to getting back on track and out massaging again. Watch this space. Massages will be available again in the next few weeks.
