15.01.2022 Why Am I Not Seeing Results?? A question most trainers get asked on a weekly basis. A question you may be asking yourself. Well here are some truths for you.... 1 - you show up once a week to training, don't do anything else to supplement this on the days you're not at training and expect this to make a difference.... 2 - you show up to every training session, give each session 100%, start to get into a positive routine and then you go missing for weeks at a time. 3 - you show up to the recommended 3 sessions a week, put in a 50% effort at each session yet expect huge results because you've been going to training. 4 - you come to training many times each week, give each session 100%, start to get into a positive routine but continue to eat like rubbish at home. 5 - you come to training many times each week, give each session 100%, start to get into a positive routine, but you continue to not eat the required amount of food your body needs to function at that level. 6 - you come to training many times each week, give each session 100%, start to get into a positive routine, you eat the right foods and the right quantity but your body is stressed and not getting the required amount of rest/sleep to recover. 7 - you've been coming to training for a long time, you are conditioned to the way we train, your diet is on point, you're getting the required amount of rest/sleep, you need to regress and work on better ROM. There are, of course, many, many reasons why the individual may not be reaching their goals (injuries, illnesses, hormonal changes) but this is by far the bulk of the responses. If you're not seeing the results you want you need to think about what you are currently doing. Are you putting in 100% effort? Is your training regime consistent? Is your eating of high (not superior) standards? Are you managing your stress levels? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you allowing your body to rest and recover?
