25.01.2022 23 Weeks Pregnant Soon enough i wont be able to see my toes haha This week has been a tough week for all with everything going on in the world....I hear mums with newborns struggling to get nappies and formula! ... Its making me wonder if i should start getting some nappies, wipes and formula now? I don't want to be one of those people emptying the shelves! How are all the new mummas going out there? I was very lucky to be one of the last ladies to have a hospital visit before shutting down all hospital visits and anti-natal classes. (lucky for me its my second and ive done the anti-natal classes) Over the last couple of weeks ive also joined the student midwife program and have a lovely ladies following me for my journey. This definitely makes me feel more comfortable knowing if things get worse i can call or text her for reassurance. Until next week :)

10.01.2022 To all my beautiful Bodyrox ladies! My heart is breaking sending this message. Today has been an emotional roller-coaster and some hard decisions have been made. ... It is with great sadness i have decided to close the doors at Bodyrox permanently :( This decision has not been easy. Bodyrox is my first baby and has been my pride and joy for 6 years, i am faced with so much uncertainty for my family's future that for the first time in 6 years i am putting my immediate family first. (because i consider you all my family) I am so sorry to close such a beautiful and well loved establishment! I truly feel for you all. I know so many of you will be struggling with job losses and many other obstacles. My heart goes out to you all! We are in the process of organising all memberships / payments to be cancelled as you read this. (as you can imagine the phone lines are red hot today so we are doing our best to get through to Paysmart) For all upfront payments that have been made we will be in contact this week to organise refunds. 10.01.2022 COVID-19 We understand we are all feeling the grips of the COVID-19 as a whole community. Please know we as a small business are doing all we can to keep our Community, our members and our staff safe at this time. We here at Bodyrox are closely monitoring the situation and have been placing strategies in place.... Effective immediately we have: Hand sanitizer available for everyone to sanitize (or wash their hands in the bathroom with soap and water if they prefer) on arrival and leaving our premises. Our clients/members are more than welcome to use this hand sanitizer during classes as they feel the need. We have arranged with our cleaners to do extra cleaning of the premises Everyone sanitizing the equipment after use, (or as frequent as you feel the need) Most importantly: IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL PLEASE STAY HOME We will continue to monitor what is happening through Fitness Australia, Health.gov.com.au and the World Health Organization. 08.01.2022 I was having a general chat to the girls last week and one comment gave me warm fuzzies! She said 'when i was at a normal gym.....' and the conversation continued. It was those words that i took pleasure in! We are not a normal gym, and we pride ourselves on that! We can't explain it until you experience it, March is THE month to experience this for yourself!
