24.01.2022 Had the pleasure of spending an afternoon with the team at Gerringong Fitness conducting body scans as part of their nutrition challenge. Gerringong is a small coastal town 40mins south of Wollongong, NSW (Australia). Lead by Greer who has years of experience in the Fitness industry, the gym is super tidy and has a great family feel. Perfect place for locals in the area to come and train. Thanks to Greer and the team for making us feel so welcome and apart of the family while I was down. Look forward to seeing all in 10 weeks for our next session together.
