25.01.2022 One of our Bodysmart family members (Evon) just recently competed in the Delirious West 200 mile endurance trail run from Northcliffe to Albany. Just before the event she suffered some leg issues and came to us for help. Congratulations Evon, you are a 200-miler! Evon says: "It was grueling! Finished in 101 hours, 13 mins and 12 seconds. I slept about 5 hours in that time. ... 7000m+ of elevation. Wet feet for 3 days. A lot of very tough moments but also some amazing fun times. Can’t even begin to explain how tough it was. Still in that whole time never even considered quitting. Oh and the knee and hip flexor - not an issue at all!!! So happy! Me at the finish line. So bloody relieved to finish "
