24.01.2022 Ahhh...the perks of being a remedial therapist. I was feeling a little sore through my ankle after a run yesterday and started poking around my lower leg and found tibialis anterior was very tight and sore (the muscle that brings your toes toward your shin when you flex aka dorsi flexion)...So I popped a few needles in and after 10 mins it’s already feeling much better! And by listening to that little niggle today, I’m saving myself a lot of unnecessary pain that would no doubt increase over the coming days if I just left it. And on that note, I have had a cancellation for 9am tomorrow if anyone wants it??

19.01.2022 I’d just like to thank each and every one of my amazing clients for all of your support and for putting your trust in me to look after your aches and pains through what has to have been one of the most challenging years of our lives collectively. I wish you all a safe Christmas and New Years and look forward to a fantastic, healthy 2021. I will be finishing up on Christmas Eve and then back to work from 4th January for both clinic and mobile service so please contact me ASAP if you want to secure a spot for the first couple of weeks of January as they are filling up fast.

07.01.2022 Hi friends, hope you are all staying entertained and active over this latest lockdown! Good news is, from 6pm tonight we can resume a lot of the things as long as we wear a mask! So, that said, please ensure if you are coming to see me at the clinic that you wear a mask and will be required to wear it for the duration of your treatment.
