For example: The opportunity to think about and change the way we think,feel, and do things -personally and collectively. ... The opportunity to wake up from our autopilot trance and re- examine how we are living our lives. The opportunity to improve our health, relationships, and to build greater resilience. We do all have a choice, to either see the corona virus crisis as inconvenient; or to see it as an opportunity; maybe to just slow down, relax, and focus on what really matters the most to you in life.
13.01.2022 Life presents us with uncertainty. Everything is forever changing and challenging us especially at present with the Coronavirus pandemic. At a time such as this I am sure that many of you are feeling very disempowered and vulnerable. ... Know that you are not alone. We are all in this together. When everything appears to be out of control we need to remind ourself that what we do have control over is our ‘attitude- we can either see this crisis as an inconvenience, or an opportunity for us to slow down our busy lives and re-connect with our deeper self and our truth. It can be a positive time for us to reset our focus around what’ and who’ is really important in our life. So I want to encourage you to enjoy the space that has been created in your life: relax, breathe and smile. Our smile affirms our awareness and intention to live consciously in peace, love and Joy.
05.01.2022 Hello, it has been quite a while since I have posted anything on this site. All I can say is that life has a way of keeping us busy. Days, weeks and years can easily pass us by unnoticed if we don't wake up to that fact. Most of us are on the move all the time we just keep going and going never stopping to rest...but if you do stop and give your mind and body time to be quiet and do nothing, you will find yourself feeling more relaxed and refreshed, you will also notice amazing things that are happening inside you and around you.
