07.01.2022 Lunchtime lifting crew. Sweat box today, just the way we like it... come and join us. Pure strength sesh today using tabata timing protocol to ensure volume was high and time under tension was looong... That’s 20s repping... 10 second breaks x 8. tried to keep most stations to unilateral exercises/single limb movements.... 1) single arm DB rows 2) single arm DB chest press 3) static DB lunges 4) staggered KB deadlift 5) having single leg raisies 6) single leg BB ste ups 7) Russian twists Total workout time with rest. 30 minutes. Busted. Gunna be some sore lower limbs today. 70m walking lunges + 50 thrusts to prime. ... barbell hip thrusts: 7-8 sets. 10-12 reps Bulgarian split squats: 7-8 sets 10-12 reps barbell Hack squats: 7-8 sets 10-12 reps finish with a tonne of leg extensions to fatigue.. Feeling a bit like this today
