25.01.2022 IT IS TIME to stretch your triceps properly! Tight triceps can cause a lot of issues starting with elbow or shoulder pain. Poor mobility can make it hard to properly stretch your triceps. Look at the video to implement a proper triceps stretch at home or at the gym. If triceps are tight, stretch before a workout for at least 30sec per arm, a couple of times.... 16.01.2022 When my client @robmcmullan is just too strong, I have to use the tricks up my sleeves in order to make 16plates feel heavy We used heavy duty resistance bands to make the top of the range of motion just as hard as the bottom part. Video is Rob pushing through 10 solid reps with 320kg plus the heavy duty bands, adding an extra 80kg resistance as they expand.

The wonderful thing about the human body is that since there are so many factors involved in performance, it is almost impossible to keep strict linear progress. The progress curve is full of irregularities. It is normal, as long as the overall trend is going in the desired direction.... Here is a few clips of last deadlift's day. My body felt beaten up from the start of the session. I Didn't meet expectations but that's all good, because I have a human body In my case, the two factors that set me back here, are lack of consistency with this exercise and improper rest.
