23.01.2022 I love a good leg workout. Here’s one you can do with just a bench and a set of dumbbells for an all over burn: Bulgarian split squat Aim your rear knee to move down towards the bench. Bend both knees equally. ... Elevated side lunge Move your hips behind your heel so you load up your glutes as well as quads. Keep the other leg straight and enjoy the inner thigh stretch! Split stance Romanian deadlift Stagger your feet. Use the hinge pattern to move the dumbbells rather than lift with your back. Your hammies and glutes should be doing the work. Do 12 reps each, 3 sets, 60sec rest. You can try this with no weights and it’s still a great workout. Just make sure you get good range out of your legs

09.01.2022 Part 2 to the shoulder mobility exercises - you can try these at home during lockdown try not to bend your elbows as you want to focus your mind and body on moving the shoulder blades only to its full range. 1. Scapula push ups - squeeze the shoulder blades in towards each other and then push them apart as far away as you can. 2. Downward dog shoulder press - let your shoulders come up to your ears and then sink them down your back. You can try this in a handstand too Tip: video yourself to see your range of movement and try to go further next time.
