22.01.2022 I am so grateful for all the beautiful faces that entered my yoga class today and in the past. Thank you for your continued support and energy. You allow me to continue passing on all the wonderful benefits of yoga. Now i have 2 weeks off with my beautiful family then I'll be back on Anzac day afternoon at 5.30pm. Tonight at 5.30pm I commence my classes for term 2 and remember I have spare mats if you need to borrow one. All classes are beginner friendly. Enjoy the rest of your day :)

09.01.2022 Three pointed star / Triangle Pose. One of my favourites! When performed correctly, the legs and lower back feel soooo good in this pose!

09.01.2022 To my Yogi's. With a sad but grateful heart, I've decided to finish up yoga classes as of now. Unfortunately due to a number of contributing factors being: decreased class numbers, my husband having work out of town meaning I need to organise babysitters and myself gathering energy for class after massaging for the day (growing a mini yogi is exhausting). The last thing I want to do is disappoint my wonderful regulars as I love seeing you each week . Thanks so much for your support ladies and gents - I'm extremely grateful!! Xo I hope to see you again next year after post natal recovery.
