18.01.2022 The Body Voice Centre proudly supports the Animal Rescue Craft Guild (RCC Vic Hub, Facebook). The centre is a drop off point for items made for animals injured or orphaned in the bushfires.

07.01.2022 COVID-19. The Body Voice Centre is still open for now. Please check with your individual class teachers. What strange times we are in. The centre is open for now but each day brings a new possibility and we will abide by the recommendations of the day. Individual workshops may be cancelled or postponed at any time - please check with your teacher or workshop leader.... We will keep you posted here and on the website. http://www.bodyvoice.com.au We have installed handwash, paper towels and bins in favour of regular soap and towels. We are disinfecting surfaces daily. Please do not come to the centre if you have been in contact with someone or you have tested positive for the virus, recently returned from overseas, or have symptoms. All appropriate COVID-19 related safety procedures are being observed at the centre, please enquire for details. For the month of July, we request that anyone from the following postcodes, or anyone who has been in close contact with anyone from those postcodes, please self-select and do not enter the centre. Postcodes: 3038, 3064, 3047, 3060, 3012, 3032, 3055, 3042, 3021, 3046. Some classes are starting up in Term 3, check out what and when. In the meantime have a look at the on line Marvels. 01.01.2022 ONLINE MARVEL - FREE Online Yoga Classes with Tess Healy. Book with Tess through the Body Voice Centre website www.bodyvoice.com.au COVID-19 has brought with it big ripples of uncertainty and stress for so many of us. It feels like a time we need calming and somatic practices (like yoga!) more than ever. Considering all of this, I've decided to start offering online yoga and meditation classes, via Zoom, which can all be joined virtually, from the comfort of your own home. A...ll the classes will be very gentle, grounding and accessible. I do also understand that it is a time of greater income uncertainty for many of us, so I will be offering these classes all free of charge for the next fortnight (including the Easter weekend) After Easter, I'll be offering these online classes at a reduced rate, with the aim of making them as accessible and sustainable as possible. I've created a booking form with the full timetable for the next couple of weeks, feel welcome to book in for any number of free sessions, or just contact me directly with any questions. See more
