25.01.2022 Here you get to observe for yourself NeuroSkeletal Therapy in action with the feedback loop from the brain showing neurolymphatic points (in this example major knee points) being stimulated by simply being held. As the brain notes the inconsistency according to its blueprint it activates nerves which in turn activate muscles to align the knee. What you are witnessing is very unusual as I am able to go into a deep state of relaxation whilst also holding the points and allowi...ng the change to occur simultaneously. This activation usually occurs only in a person’s sleep. This technique is used also to gently stimulate the body to allign the spine, the sacrum, hips etc. by itself. To enquire how it can assist you do give me a call 0425411545. Blessings Satya

21.01.2022 Covid lockdown created opportunity for so many of us to have life evaluations - to look and feel at where we have been going and ask "Is this really where I wanted to go? Is this still the path I want to go on?" And for those of you that dared to dream, to self-inspire, to ponder, even to plan a new path or an amended path that encompases your dreams and aspirations to aim towards rather than those that the collective myths that ensnared you in before you figured it out for yourself... Here is a really interesting point of view - may you be inspired. https://www.ted.com//ethan_hawke_give_yourself_permission_

21.01.2022 I just love the beautiful colours in Tropical Swimsuits with Alyce and Sri shop 7, Kuranda Original Rainforest Markets .

20.01.2022 I like the comments from David Hunter, the chair in rheumatology and a professor of medicine at the University of Sydney, who says the main thing we can focus on is becoming active, to be strong in the muscles around the joint and reducing the load. If I had my time again, I’d concentrate on injury prevention. My ‘KNEE TUNEUPS’ activate nerves to naturally activate muscles to be more functional plus techniques to make them more flexible to prevent injury and improve m...obility and poise. https://www.smh.com.au//how-exercise-saved-my-clicky-knees

18.01.2022 I wish to inspire you.... Yesterday I baked a sourdough rice bread. Its 20 years about since I last used that baking tin to bake in. What did I learn? 160 degrees for 75 minutes was about right in my oven. I could add another cup and a half into my flour mix to make a bigger loaf. (rice breads don't rise like wheat so if one needs a bigger sanger cut the bread longways - this makes 4 slices = two sangers. I enjoyed the flavor. (I used idli mix 2/3 rice and 1/3 mung dall to make a complete protein this time, but usually I use 100% coarse rice flour). The starter source was about 30ml of Mangalli Ck kefir mixed two days before to get a good ferment up. So if you are gluten free and looking for a challenge, bake your own sourdough...
